This kit is a complete Suspension Lift Kit with Bilstein B6 Offroad Shocks, Front Raised King Coil Springs, Rear Raised Leaf Springs and required fitting components.
The Bilstein B6 Offroad shock absorber has been developed to reduce the kind of undesirable handling dynamics such as uncontrolled movements that are so inherent in 4WDs thanks to their high structure. Gas pressure technology offers consistent performance no matter what, an all-important trait when tackling the harsh Aussie terrain. You can expect optimum road adhesion and enhanced lane change stability in day-to-day applications as well as extreme situations thanks to Bilsteins precise damper settings.

King Springs are manufactured here in Australia using X5K Steel, this new generation High Strength Spring Steel can with-stand higher operating stresses and has superior resistance to sag, improved toughness and improved corrosion fatigue properties. Fitting an aftermarket raised spring is ideal for vehicles fitted with accessories, heavily laden vehicles, improved load carrying abilities and increased ground clearance.

Tough Dog progressive rate leaf springs feature primary and secondary stage leaves to ensure that the vehicles ride remains uncompromised. As the spring is compressed under load, the heavier second stage is engaged to prevent excessive sag. The production process ensures maximum life, corrosion protection and prevention against sag.

Additionally greasable pins, shackles, urethane spring bush kit and U-bolts make this an all-inclusive package.

Constant Load refers to fixed accessories that will remain on the vehicle at all times such as a steel tray, canopy, rear draws, rear bar with spare wheel carrier and alike. Constant Load springs are designed to be used with the minimum constant load rating on the vehicle at all times.

Shock Absorbers B60 – 2 Year/40,000km (Serviceable Warranty)

Shock Absorbers B4 – 1 Year/20,000km

Bilstein Australia reserves the right to repair or rebuild a unit in the case of a warranty claim. If a rebuild or repair is unattainable a replacement would be provided at the discretion of the manufacturer.
